Technology Transfer Pennsylvania State University's Technology Transfer program is made up of three offices: the Industrial Research Office which matches faculty expertise to industry needs, the Intellectual Property Office which screens investions for patentability and market potential, and the Research Commercialization Office which creates spin-off companies from University research.
